January 18 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST

Have you ever wondered how Schär makes those fluffy hazelnut crème filled gluten-free croissants? Well you don't have to wonder anymore! Join the Celiac Disease Programs at Boston Children's Hospital, Children's National Hospital and the team from Schär to learn how these tasty creations come to life. You'll get a behind the scenes look into the manufacturing facility and learn from Zachary Bonelli, a Schär R&D Bakery Technologist, how they use certified gluten-free wheat starch to give the croissants the perfect texture while still avoiding gluten.
