Join the Trustees for a GLUTEN-FREE week of their Famer, Forester, Chef! summer day camp at the beautiful Powisset Farm in Dover, MA. Kids will dig in — on the farm, in the forest, and in the kitchen. All the recipes for this week will be gluten-free.

8/11/2026 – Celiac at School Information Session
Join your Boston Children’s Hospital Celiac Disease Program team to learn more about attending school safely with celiac disease. We will discuss federal laws and regulations that govern this autoimmune disease, the appropriate type of plan to set up, reasonable accommodations, and how to get individual support for your family. This meeting is appropriate for families with a child of any age including early childhood through college.

8/12/2026 – Family Food Connections Monthly Cooking Class
Join us for our monthly family cooking class. Classes are free and feature budget-friendly gluten-free recipes. This is a great opportunity for the whole family to learn new cooking skills and new recipes. There is ample opportunity to ask questions and learn about the food being prepared.
Classes are held via Zoom and livestreamed to our Celiac Kids Connection Facebook page. If you cannot attend at the time of the class, go to Facebook to watch on your own schedule.
If you register, even if you watch the class later, you will receive a copy of the recipes.

Just received a celiac diagnosis for your child? You don’t have to figure it out alone. This informal meet-up brings together families who are new to celiac with families who’ve been navigating it for years.
There’s no fixed agenda here, this session is about your questions. Ask about the everyday realities of life with celiac, hear how other families have adjusted, and get honest, lived-experience answers from people who’ve been exactly where you are. Bring your questions, your worries, or just your curiosity.
No question is too basic. Learn what’s worked for other families, and find what works for yours.

Join us for our annual Back-to-School session, where we will walk you through everything you need to know to help your child thrive safely at school. Whether you are new to celiac disease at school or returning for a refresher, this is a great opportunity to get your questions answered and head into the school year feeling prepared and confident.

Come visit out booth at the New England Wicked Gluten Free expo. This year’s expo will be at Game On in Fitchburg, MA. We will be there along with many vendors and other resources for living gluten free.

October 18th – MetroWest Small Group
Join your GF friends and hang out under the grape arbor at Trombetta’s Farm. This is a casual, choose-your-own-pace gathering where you can connect with other families living with celiac disease and enjoy the activities that interest you.
Celiac Kids Connections will provide drinks and a savory snack. We will also have fun games and activities to enjoy while we connect with each other.
Families are also welcome to explore some of the other offerings at the farm and make the experience their own. Ice cream is available for purchase with plenty of GF and dairy-free options to choose from. The farm also has an indoor mini golf course for those interested. The mini golf fee is $9 for kids / $10 for adults.
Registration is required so we can get an accurate headcount.
