Celiac Smarts: Session 2 – Culinary Medicine: Integrating Nutrition Science and Cooking Skills

During this virtual event, Clinical Dietician Jaclyn Quinlan will demonstrate how nutrition science and cooking skills combine to support health management for patients with celiac disease. Through integrated learning, healthcare providers gain tools for patient education while patients acquire practical strategies for implementing dietary changes.

The session format will start with and educational overview, followed by a cooking demonstration. We will conclude with an interactive discussion addressing both clinical and practical implementation.
